These terms apply to your use of findbizy.com ("FindBizy", "we", "us"). By using the site or creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The service
FindBizy is an online directory that helps people find local businesses and helps businesses reach customers. We are a platform. We do not sell the goods or services listed, and any dealing between a customer and a business is between them.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
- Choose whether you are registering as a customer or a business owner.
- You are responsible for your password and for all activity on your account. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
3. Business owners
- You may list or claim only a business you own or are authorised to represent.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing, including address, hours, prices, offers and photos, and you must have the right to use everything you upload.
- Listings and some edits may be reviewed before they appear. We may edit, hide or remove a listing that is inaccurate, misleading or against these terms.
- Free periods, plans and prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice. Paid plans, where offered, are billed as described at purchase.
4. Customers, reviews and inquiries
- Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. Do not post fake, paid, abusive, defamatory or irrelevant content.
- Contact details are shown to registered users so they can reach businesses. Use them only to contact a business about its products or services. Do not copy, scrape, resell or use them for unsolicited marketing.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to break the law, upload harmful or infringing content, impersonate others, attempt to access systems or data without permission, interfere with the site, or use bots or scrapers without our written consent.
6. Content you provide
You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, translate and promote it on FindBizy for as long as it is on the site. You confirm that you have the right to give this licence.
7. Accuracy and responsibility
Information on FindBizy comes largely from business owners and users. We try to keep it correct but do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free, and we do not endorse any business. Check details with the business before you rely on them or pay.
8. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss arising from dealings between users and businesses, or for interruptions to the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose, or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing.
9. Suspension and ending
We may suspend or close accounts and remove content that breaks these terms. You may stop using FindBizy or ask us to delete your account at any time.
10. Intellectual property
The FindBizy name, logo, design and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the change.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law says otherwise.
